Michael Galmi
*2002, Israel; lives and works in Jerusalem
As an artist whose formal education is photography, Galmi's work is a
type of making-collecting which relates to the environment surrounding
him in the present moment and its ties to the greater systems of power
which regulate and propagate its lived experience.
Utilising documentative aparati Galmi engages with the ontology of his
subjects in order to challenge normative ways of seeing.
